These terms apply to all events organised by The Sponsor (including, but not limited to, Sponsorship Masters). By registering for or purchasing a ticket for any event organised by The Sponsor, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Attendee Profile

The events organised by The Sponsor are designed for a specific professional audience.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel a ticket, or decline a ticket transfer if the attendee does not align with the intended professional profile of the event.

This helps maintain the quality, relevance and integrity of discussions for all participants.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets grant access to the specific event for which they are purchased. Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial promotion without the prior written permission of the event organiser.

All ticket purchases are final and tickets are non-refundable. If a ticket holder is unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another suitable attendee, subject to the organiser’s approval.

3. Ticket Transfers

If the original ticket holder is unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual.

All transfers are subject to approval by the organiser to ensure the replacement attendee aligns with the intended audience profile of the event.

The organiser reserves the right to decline transfer requests where the replacement attendee does not meet the intended profile of the event.

4. Event Programme

The organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme at any time. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • speakers

  • session formats

Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Event Cancellation by Organiser

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

Refunds will not cover any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or other third-party expenses.

6. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the organiser may offer the option to transfer the ticket to another individual or to a future event, at the organiser’s discretion.

7. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivering the event where such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • government restrictions

  • industrial action or transport disruption

  • severe weather

  • public safety risks

  • terrorist incidents

  • venue closures

  • public health emergencies

In such circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

8. Attendee Conduct

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the professional environment of the event.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

9. Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for editorial, promotional or reporting purposes by The Sponsor.

By attending the event, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to appear in such materials unless they notify the organiser in advance.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.

11. Changes to Venue or Format

The organiser reserves the right to change the event venue, format, or delivery method (including moving to a virtual format where necessary). Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
