1. About this product
This product is a digital research report produced by The Sponsor (“the Report”). Access to the Report is provided electronically following purchase. No physical goods are supplied.
2. Licence and permitted use
Purchase of the Report grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the individual purchaser only.
The licence does not extend to colleagues, departments, subsidiaries, or the purchaser’s wider organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Report is provided for the purchaser’s internal professional use only.
3. Restrictions on use
The Report and its contents are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
The purchaser may not, without prior written consent from The Sponsor:

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4. Public commentary and disclosure
Purchasers may reference the existence of the Report publicly (for example, noting that they have reviewed the research).
However, purchasers may not disclose, publish, quote, reproduce, or otherwise share specific findings, data points, rankings, valuations, or analysis from the Report, whether in full or in summary form, without prior written permission from The Sponsor.
5. Enforcement and remedies
Any unauthorised use, distribution, or republication of the Report or its contents may result in financial loss to The Sponsor, including loss of revenue and diminution of the commercial value of the Report.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, The Sponsor reserves the right to revoke access to the Report and to seek appropriate remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, in respect of any loss suffered.
6. Valuation certificates
Where applicable, valuation certificates are issued separately and remain the property of The Sponsor.
Certificates are issued to the named purchaser or entity specified at the time of issue and may not be altered, transferred, reused, or applied to other assets, proposals, or time periods without written consent.
7. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once access to the Report has been provided.

8. Reliance and limitation of liability
